What I did: The course covered, among other things: the difference between LLM and SLM models and using locally hosted artificial intelligence; frameworks for managing change and brand, such as WIZJA; the mountain metaphor that helps set the right goals when working with AI; the legal side of working with AI (sessions led by lawyers) and the approach to change.
