- The course covered transformation with AI across the key areas of a company: AI foundations and tool selection, custom AI assistants and working with context, marketing and content creation, customer service and success, leadership and team management (including HR and recruitment), data and finance analysis, process mapping and optimisation, sales automation (meeting preparation, offers, lead qualification, pipeline analysis) and implementing AI in an organisation.
- Result
- I finished 20-session course on intelligent business transformation with AI, delivered by Laba international business school. Led by Franciszek Georgiew (CEO Tigers). Covered practical AI implementation in business context. Thanks to it, I can support companies in each of these areas.
